The lab opens at Fudan University's AI³ Institute in early 2027, and we are recruiting its first members. As a founding member, you will help build the group from the ground up, shape its research directions, and take ideas all the way to open-source software and papers. Who we're looking for我们希望你

• Experience in AI, agents, or machine learning, and a desire to explore how AI can transform science有 AI、智能体（Agents）或机器学习方面的经验，希望探索 AI 在科学研究中的应用
• Or a background in materials science or chemistry, and a desire to learn to build and use AI to accelerate research或有材料、化学方面的研究背景，希望学习开发和使用 AI 来加速科学研究
• A belief that AI for Science and scientific AI agents will be one of the biggest stories of the next decade — and a wish to be part of it相信 AI for Science 与科学智能体将是未来十年最重要的方向之一，并希望投身其中
• Comfort using English in day-to-day research and presenting your work in English能在日常科研中自如地使用英语，并能用英语清晰、自信地做学术报告
